Michael Jackson World Tour:
The corporate and international tax issues risen regarding Michael Jackson's first world tour in Japan and successfully negotiated with Jaanese National Tax Revenue Service and resolved the issue succesfully.
Dutch financial subsidiary establishment project:
A project to structure the international tax scheme involving an establishment of a Dutch financial subsidiary of Tostem (currently LIXIL).
Hawaii Condiminium Sale Project:
Conducted the due diligence and devised the liquidation plan which will solve the issues associated with the sale of the Condominium in the Waikiki area in Hawaii owned by Misawa Resorts.
Guam Golf Course Membership Tax Project:
Preparation of the tax structure that will allow the issuance and sales of membership in Japan for the newly constructed golf course in Guam owned by Misawa Resort.
Acquisition of American Resort Hotel:
Conducted the due diligence for a hotel acquisition project in Lake Tahoe Ski Resort, Arizona, and prepapred for recommendation
M & A project for a Japanese subsidiary of Solo Cup Company of Chicago:
Prepared the restructuring business plan for the Japanese subsidiary and carried out the successful sales of the business division of their Japanese subsidiary.
Carried out market research for the South African winery to penetrate Japanese market and prpared the marketing plan. Successfully penetrated the market by obtaining a sales contract with a mid size supermarket in Japan.
