I have resided in North America over 20 years. My experience as a CPA at a major accounting firms as well as my my executive management experiences in the area of international business lead me to found the consulting practice in the hope to assist and contribute to customers doing a business in the global market.

Born in Japan but left for Canada at the age of 17 on his own and graduated Oak Bay Senior Secondary High School and University of Victoria in B.C. Canada.
After graduating university, joined one of the largest Japanese trade house, Mitsui & Company Canada at Vancouver office as a junior trader.
1983 after completing licentiate in Accounting program at University of British Columbia, pursued a career as USCPA and worked at Deloitte Touche in Canada and US ( Vancouver, San Francisco, San Jose office) and also Coopers & Lybrand in US and Japan (Los Angeles, Tokyo office) over 7 years, specializing in international tax and business consulting.
In 1993, recruited personally by the founder of Misawa Homes Japan to manage US$110M real estate turn around project located in San Francisco, California as COO & President of the US subsidiary, Misawa Homes of America .
After successfully completing the project, thereafter worked as an CEO for several Japanese subsidiaries of US companies such as Solo Cup Company of Chicago Illinois and SPX Flow Inc. of Charlotte North Carolina, a US Fortune 500 Company listed in New York Stock Exchange.
